Trashy grounds, broken items, bad roads, high cost lot rent!
Lives in better neighborhoods. But the homes are affordable compared to some of the places in Eaton Rapids.
Been here for 20yrs. Grounds don't stay clean, high cost lot rent 400 month. 2017. Too many managers in 20 yrs.
